Rabbit proof fence

Arriving at the allotment today I was met by holes in the ground. The rabbits have eaten some of my tulips. I dont want them to fiest on my upcoming vegetable crops so today I tried to create a 100 % rabbit proof fence all around the allotment. I secured every potential hole that i saw in the fence, put heavy stones and pots in front of areas where they might think of digging a tunnel into my allotment. Lets hope they give up and find food elsewhere.

After that I did a spring cleaning in my toolshed. Everything is now in place ready to be used. Its only a few weeks until i can start to plant things. Im ready. =) YAY!

I also prepared the birdbath and bird restaurant, so that the birds know that they are welcome.

Flowers coming up!

Pion and cute blue flower.
I hope the rabbits wont eat these proofs of spring.

It's lovely to see signs of spring. I love your bird table and bird bath, I try to encourage the birds too.
